Hairdressing is truly a passion of mine and has been for over 16 years. As the former owner of the salon I share a personal connection with the team and many of our longstanding clients. I particularly enjoying colouring, cutting and styling hair, although none more than building a relationship with clients. Great hair encourages self-love and brings out confidence, I feel inspired to achieve this with all those I work with and there’s no better place to achieve this than at Signatures.
The beauty of doing a client’s hair is being able to inspire them and make them feel great, I have been able to consistently do this at Signatures for the past 14 years. Learning from some of the best, I have been able to perfect my craft in an environment that brings out the best in our team and more importantly, our clients. The salon allows for experienced stylists like me to be creative with my work and build a connection with every person that walks through our doors.
Working my way up from an apprentice to a former salon owner has taught me valuable industry lessons. My passion for hairdressing has led to me teaching aspiring hairdressers who possess a passion to be a part of a thriving industry. Working at Signatures has allowed me not only provide our clients with high quality services but also provide a space for my students to see our experts at work.
Learning from our previous experiences and turning this into something positive is one of the many things I have accomplished as a stylist at Signatures. Struggling with hair thinning myself I have been able to turn this into becoming specialised in hair extensions. As a stylist I can live vicariously through my clients and help them step out of their comfort zone by collaborating with me to achieve creative looks that truly satisfy them.
It has been rewarding working as a junior at Signatures. It’s my responsibility to ensure the salon runs smoothly, the needs of our clients & stylists are met and to ensure all is in order. Being surrounded by top stylists has allowed me to experience their skills first hands as I embark on my journey to becoming a stylist in the future. There’s no better place for me to begin my journey than at Signatures.
As the youngest Junior & newest member of the Signatures family, I am enjoying learning from such an experienced team of stylists. There’s always a welcoming atmosphere at the salon. The team have supported me to grow, develop & thrive as I embark on my journey to becoming a qualified stylist and make-up artist.
